Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Trillogy, based in Phoenix, Arizona, which operates Dialed ("Dialed," "we," "us"). By using the Dialed app or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Dialed.

1. Who can use Dialed

You must be at least 16 years old to use Dialed. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Dialed is not medical advice

Dialed gives general nutrition information and meal suggestions. It is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, and it does not replace a doctor or registered dietitian. Read our Health Disclaimer at /disclaimer before using Dialed.

3. Nutrition information and allergies

  • Items labeled Official use nutrition data published by restaurants or third-party nutrition databases. Items labeled Estimated are calculated by AI and may be inaccurate.
  • Restaurants change recipes, ingredients, and portion sizes, so actual nutrition can differ from what Dialed shows.
  • Allergy and never-eat filters are a convenience, not a guarantee. Always confirm allergens and ingredients directly with the restaurant before ordering. Never rely on Dialed to keep you safe from an allergen.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@eatdialed.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or collect data from Dialed by automated means.
  • Reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload Dialed.
  • Use Dialed for anything illegal, harmful, or misleading.
  • Submit false reports or content that infringes someone else's rights.

6. Your content

You own the logs, ratings, and reports you add to Dialed. You give us permission to store and use that content to run and improve Dialed. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

7. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you buy.

  • Subscriptions bought through Apple are billed by Apple, managed in your Apple account settings, and subject to Apple's refund policies.
  • Subscriptions bought on our website are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time in Profile, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not give refunds for partial billing periods.
  • We will give you advance notice of any price change.

8. Restaurants, brands, and third-party services

Restaurant names, menu item names, and trademarks belong to their owners. Dialed is not affiliated with or endorsed by any restaurant shown in the app. Nutrition data is provided in part by fatsecret and USDA FoodData Central. Links to other websites and services are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Our rights

Dialed, including its design, software, name, and logo, belongs to Trillogy. These terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond using Dialed as intended.

10. Changes to Dialed

We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Dialed and delete your account at any time in Profile. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or misuse Dialed.

12. Disclaimers

Dialed is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trillogy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, allergic reaction, or loss resulting from your use of Dialed or from nutrition information shown in it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs that arise from your misuse of Dialed or your violation of these terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If you have a dispute, contact us first at support@eatdialed.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any dispute that is not resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and if the changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Dialed after changes means you accept them.
