About Dialed
Dialed is a macro meal app that suggests restaurant orders, quick grabs and home meals that fit your remaining macros and your taste. It is made by Trillogy, based in Phoenix, AZ.
What data does Dialed use?
Restaurant picks use each chain's published nutrition, which we read through FatSecret, and are labeled Official. Ingredient and home cooking data comes from USDA FoodData Central. When no published data exists, Dialed labels a number as Estimated.
Our chain pages list the source and the date each chain's data was last checked.
How are picks ranked?
First, anything that conflicts with your allergies or foods you never eat is removed. Then each remaining item is scored on how well it fits what is left of your calories, protein, carbs and fat for that meal, and how well it matches your flavor profile. Over time, meals you log, save or rate nudge the ranking a little toward what you actually like.
