Dialed is not medical advice

Dialed provides general nutrition information and meal suggestions for informational purposes only. We are not doctors or registered dietitians, and Dialed does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Talk to a professional first

Check with a doctor or registered dietitian before changing how you eat, especially if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Have diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, or another medical condition.
  • Take medication that affects appetite, weight, or blood sugar.
  • Are under 18.

Your targets are estimates

Dialed calculates calorie and macro targets with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and an activity level you choose. These formulas are designed for the general population, and your actual needs may be different.

Nutrition numbers can be wrong

Items labeled Official come from restaurants or third-party nutrition databases. Items labeled Estimated are calculated by AI. Restaurants change recipes and portion sizes, so treat every number as a close estimate, not an exact count.

Allergies

Never rely on Dialed to avoid an allergen. Always ask the restaurant about ingredients and preparation before you order.

Eating disorders

Dialed is not designed for anyone who has or is recovering from an eating disorder. If you're struggling with food, eating, or body image, you can reach the National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline at 866-662-1235, weekdays 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern, or talk with a healthcare professional. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. In an emergency, call 911.
